Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of bdji, including registered members, guests browsing the site, and any individual who accesses any part of our platform from any device. The most current version of these terms is always available on this page and supersedes any previous versions.

bdji reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage all users to review this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account on bdji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. bdji reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdji strictly enforces a 21+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bdji or any of its affiliated entities.

bdji conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts found to be registered by ineligible individuals will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.

Section 03

Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on bdji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bdji will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Identity Verification (KYC)

bdji may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until the verification process is completed to our satisfaction.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

bdji supports a range of convenient payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to minimum and maximum limits that may vary by payment method. Accepted payment channels include:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to availability).
• Cryptocurrency transfers where supported and subject to applicable regulations.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval. bdji reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing fees (if any), and processing times are detailed in the Payments section of your account dashboard.

Bonuses & Promotions

bdji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonus funds before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Bonus abuse, including the creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, will result in permanent account termination.
• bdji reserves the right to alter, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, including in cases where it suspects misuse or technical exploitation.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdji platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion on bdji.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit any technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in the platform.
• Using the bdji platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other activity that violates applicable financial regulations or criminal law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bdji platform's software or infrastructure.

bdji employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed by our risk and compliance team. Users found in breach of these prohibitions will not be entitled to any refund of deposited funds or any outstanding bonus amounts.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdji website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of bdji or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any content from bdji is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of bdji. Game content, including visuals and mechanics provided by third-party game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, remains the intellectual property of those respective providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdji, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

bdji does not guarantee that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or secure basis at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. bdji will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance wherever possible.

Privacy & Data Protection

bdji is committed to protecting your personal data. The manner in which we collect, store, use, and share your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By agreeing to these terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure data storage practices to protect your information. bdji will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers solely to enable delivery of our services, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

bdji may revise and update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will post a prominent notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of bdji following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these terms on a regular basis. If you do not agree with any amended version of these terms, you must immediately cease using the bdji platform and, if you wish, close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted international online gaming standards and principles of fair play.
